CVS Health is looking for a talented and agile leader who will develop mathematical and statistical models, analyze operational / financial data and interpret results to measure and optimize operational effectiveness. Collaborate with Operations, Clinical. Marketing, Analytics, and cross functional teams to understand complex business problems and solve them using data analysis techniques.

The Analytics Senior Manager will join the Accordant Product Support team that enhances the corporate understanding of the Accordant customer and measures product offerings. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the areas of data science, statistics, SQL, Tableau, Altyrex and SAS, having experience with measuring operational effectiveness, financial performance, staffing models, revenue forecasting and business judgment to make right recommendations about technology, statistical models and measurement methodologies. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team. The ideal candidate will also have analytics, computer science and statistics background with experience in healthcare.

* Apply Statistics, Data Science, Modeling or other innovative methods to make data-driven decisions.
* Develop staffing models, revenue projections, interpret outcomes and present results of analyses in graphical or tabular format.
* Work with senior leadership, analysts and computer engineers to develop efficient data querying and modeling infrastructure.
* Communicate with utmost clarity backed by data along with actionable recommendations to drive business decisions.

Required Qualifications
* 5 or more years of hands on experience in data science, data analytics/engineering using statistical models with a track record of delivering insights and business impact.
* 5 or more years experience with advanced analytic techniques, such as marketing mix, predictive modeling, multivariate regression analysis and ROI measurement.
* 5 or more years expertise using data analysis and visualization tools such as SAS, SPSS, R, Python, SQL, and Tableau.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in managing others is highly preferred.
* Certification in SAS programming.
* Master’s degree preferred in Advanced Analytics, Statistics, Data Science or equivalent field.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple, complex projects in a deadline-driven environment.
* High levels of self-motivation and attention to detail.

* Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in Computer Science, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Statistics or equivalent highly technical field.
